Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Inquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in the Post-Baccalaureate Certificates at UMass Lowell.

These programs are for students who have received their bachelor’s degree but want to complete or improve their performance in the required pre-requisite courses for furthering their education in the medical or dental field. Please register to receive more information.

Requirements for the certification program include:

• Personal Statement  
• Final transcript from an Undergraduate Degree

Considerations for the program include:

• Courses must be completed within a five-year period
• All certificate classes must be taken at UML, no transfer credits will be accepted
• Courses may not be applied to another graduate program
