UMass Lowell Non-Degree and Dual Enrollment Re-Enroll Request Form

Thank you for your interest in UMass Lowell. Please carefully review your options and then complete this form to inform us of your request to re-enroll as a non-matriculated student.

Students must adhere to the term credit limits and overall credit limits for non-degree students.

By requesting to re-enroll at UMass Lowell, you agree to the following:

Students are responsible for communicating any updates to the admissions office to their application, including, but not limited to: educational history, disciplinary history, and biographical information, when requesting to re-enroll.
Approval to re-enroll is dependent on current academic standing and course grades at UMass Lowell.
